The Hornets lost both games of a doubleheader to the Clio Mustangs 8-5, 10-5 at home May 18.

For the first game, senior Tyler Kirkwood pitched the first five innings.

Senior Alex Driskill pitched two innings.

For the second game, junior Antonio St. John pitched five innings and gave up six runs.

Senior James Redumski pitched two innings, giving up two runs, and senior Marco Rivera pitched the last inning.

The offense, combined for  both games, was led by junior Noah Jankowski.

Jankowski had three hits and three RBI.

Junior Liam Grathoff and senior Jacob Lucius both had two hits.

The Hornets play home against Frankenmuth on May 21.
