The girls basketball team lost its game against Flushing 59-19 on Friday, Dec. 9.

The Hornets played their best offense in the first quarter, scoring 10 points. The Raiders, however, scored 24.

Sophomore Mackenzie Ramey scored six points to lead Kearsley.

The game-high scorer was Flushing’s Lauren Newman with 17 points, while the Raiders’ Shelby Morrow had 16 points.

The Hornets (2-3 overall, 0-2 league) will host Fenton on Friday, Dec. 16.
