The golf team pushed past Brandon 179-204 on Tuesday, Sept. 22.

Senior Bri Finley and sophomore Grace Hoffman tied for the medalist spot, both with 43 strokes.

Senior Carryn White also shot well for the Hornets with a 45, and sophomore Elise Pariseau followed with a 48.

This gave the Hornets four scores better than or equal to Brandon’s top scorer, Sky Kochran, who could only muster a 48.

The Hornets, 4-2 in the Metro League this season, play next against Clio on Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Flint Elks Club.
