One of the cats you could help!

The National Honor Society at KHS is holding a pet toy and treats drive during the month of January.

This pet drive will be held until Jan. 31 and any donations can be dropped off in Room 501 (Ms. Miarka’s room) or in the box in the main office.

The items needed are dog and cat food (canned or dry), peanut butter, Kong’s, treats, bones, toys, leashes or collars (new or used), pet shampoo, and towels or blankets (new or used).

When asked why it is important for Kearsley High School to help out, sophomore, Morgan Cronkright stated; “It’s important  because the shelter is trying to take care of hundreds of animals so it would be beneficial for us to come together and help.”

Another way to donate is to go to their Amazon wish list: click HERE to get to their Amazon wish list.

This wish list has tons of items that the shelter needs as well, there are many different price ranges for the items.

This includes things like bite collars, cleaning supplies, pet toys, and lots more.

They also have a wish list for chewy: click HERE to get to their chewy wish list.

This wish list includes items like different types of dog food, supplements, ear cleaners, and more.

Once again, these donations will be accepted through KHS until Jan. 31 and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
