Varsity boys tennis loses to Clio

On Thursday, Sept. 16, the Hornets went against the Clio Raiders. The ending score of the match was 1-7, resulting in a loss for the Hornets.
At doubles one, seniors Jacob Callahan and Tommy Taylor dominated their match, winning with a final score of 6-2, 7-5.
At singles four, freshman Owen Clement made his tennis debut.
“I feel great,” Clement said. “I’m very excited to keep improving and moving up.”
The Hornets are looking forward to their next match on Tuesday, Sept. 21, on their home courts for senior night.
