Cheer somersaults to second place at Clio Invitational
Kearsley took second place at the invitational cheer competition hosted by Clio on Dec. 17.
Clio won the invitational, and Linden took third place.
The Hornets were 30.08 points away from winning.
Senior Emily Schillman is proud of her team’s hard work and dedication.
“The girls really worked hard (on Saturday) and gave it their all,” Schillman said. “They made me so proud.”
Kearsley’s next competition is Jan. 24 at Swartz Creek.
