The boys basketball team defeated Flint 78-54 in an MHSAA district game at Davison on Monday, Feb. 25.

Silvas will not be playing the rest of the season due to a hand injury.

Coach Paul Adas is proud of his team.

“One of our goals was to win this game,” Adas said. “We knew it was the 20 year anniversary. It was the best game of the 2018-2019 season. They played well, and shot well.”

The team is now 13-8 overall.

Kearsley’s next game will be at Davison High School against Lapeer on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
