Boys’ track and field races past the Mustangs
The boys’ track and field team defeated Clio at home 89-47 on May 12 in a dual meet.
The top two scorers were junior Jon McKay with 11 1/4 points and senior Jason Clark with 10 1/2.
Senior Anton Webster and junior Matt Parkinson scored 7 1/2 points apiece.
The Hornets finished with 12 first-place finishes.
McKay and Clark were responsible for three apiece.
The Hornets finished the dual-meet season 6-1 in the Flint Metro League with the league championships coming up May 20.
