Tennis ties with Clio

The tennis team tied Clio 4-4 on Tuesday, April 30.
On Tuesday, April 30, the tennis team played neck-and-neck with Clio, tying 4-4.
Winning their singles matches were seniors Stephanie Lane and Valerie Entenmann.
Lane, No. 1 singles, swept her opponent with two sets of 6-2.
Entenmann outscored her No. 2 singles opponent 6-2, 6-2.
Seniors Mickeely Dias and Brooklyn Smith, the No. 1 doubles team, defeated their opponents 6-3, 6-2.
At No. 2 doubles, seniors Giulia Amato and Emily Jones beat their opponents 6-4, 6-3.
The tie moved the tennis team to 9-4-2 on the season and 3-1-1 in the Metro League.
The Hornets will take on Flushing in a home match on Thursday, May 2.
