The soccer team lost all four games it played at a tournament in Montrose on Saturday, April 13.

The soccer team dropped all four games during a tournament held at Montrose High School on Saturday, April 13.

The team did not score a goal in all four games.

The Hornets played Birch Run, Montrose, Bad Axe, and St. Joseph’s high schools.

Sophomore Megan Herta said the team played better than it did earlier in the season.

“We played really well as a team,” Herta said. “I would say that this is the best we have played since last year.”

Miranda Hardy, sophomore, is proud of the way the team played, despite the losses.

“We played really well during all four of the games,” Hardy said. “We didn’t get any wins, but we kept playing our best and sticking with the other teams.”
