Softball sweeps Powers in home opener
The softball team swept its first doubleheader of the season at home against Powers on March 30.
Kearsley won game one 7-6 and the nightcap 10-6.
Senior Sydney Ouellette led the Hornets, combining for six hits in the two games, which included a double.
In addition, seniors Brianna Finley and Brooke Crow had four hits apiece. They also each had two doubles apiece.
Two Hornets each recorded three singles. They were juniors Kayla Meyer and Chloe Jankowski.
