Country music artist Morgan Wallen released his fan-favorite single: “You Proof “on May 13, his birthday.

This comes months after the song was leaked on the social media app, TikTok, last July.

Fans have been bombarding the singer with questions and comments about when it will be released.

Wallen also released two other songs in the month of may.

“Don’t Think Jesus” was released on Good Friday, and “Thought You Should Know’ was released May 6th, an ode to his mother for Mothers Day.

The concept of the song “You Proof” is easy to comprehend, yet still thought out and complex.

Wallen seemingly seems to be admitting to having a drinking problem, and he has been consuming the highest proof of alcohol he can find, yet nothing seems to make him feel the way the girl did.

“You Proof” currently sits at #1 on the iTunes Top 100 charts for country music.

A few days before the release Wallen tweeted, “Y’all know I couldn’t forget this one. Birthday present to myself. May 13th”, along with a new snippet of the track.

The initial clip shared on the internet last summer has amassed 1.8 million streams.

This also comes almost two years after the release of his album “Dangerous: The Double Album”.

“You Proof” is available now on all streaming platforms.
