Dear Mom, thank you.

Thank you for always being by my side through thick and thin. From the beginning, you were always someone I could count on and come to if needed.

You have made sure you could give me the best opportunities you could and made sure I always had everything I needed.

Through our many ups and downs you have always been there whenever I needed you. You would always tell me no matter what that you would love me no matter what I do.

I cherish our relationship not only as my mom, but as my best friend. You have given me some of the best advice I have ever heard and I take everything you say into consideration with every decision I make (even if I don’t listen to it).

Everything we have done together will always be memories I keep close to my heart.

From our movie and dinner dates, to just hanging out at your apartment. I have loved every moment.

When you and dad moved into your new apartment and I had stayed home with Nana, I thought it was going to be one of the hardest things I would encounter because of how close we are, and it was.

With our (almost) daily Facetime calls and our daily messages, I feel we are closer then ever and now that I drive I can just show up whenever I want to.

I don’t think I could ever appreciate anyone more then I appreciate you.

I love you and everything you stand for. You truly inspire me to be a better me everyday.
