Girls bowling stays undefeated, beats the Mustangs
Kearsley beat Clio 28-2 in a Metro League match at Holly Lanes Saturday, Jan. 7.
Kearsley is now undefeated and in first place in the league at 6-0, while Clio is tied for second at 4-2.
The girls started the match with Baker games of 151 and 191 to the Mustangs’ 146 and 155 and put the girls in a 10-0 lead.
In the individual games, the girls took four of the five games and had 815 to Clio’s 615.
The top two players were freshman Imari Blond with games of 193 and 181 and sophomore Alexis Roof with games of 178 and 173.
The next league match is Wednesday, Jan. 11 against Linden.
