Girls bowling swats the Dragons, remains unbeaten in the league

The girls bowling team beat Swartz Creek 29-1

The girls bowled against Swartz Creek at Holly Lanes on Tuesday, Dec. 20.

The total final pinfall was Kearsley’s 1,950 to Swartz Creek’s 1,515.

Sophomore Alexis Roof bowled a 210 and junior Emma Boychuk threw a 178. They were Kearsley’s top bowlers of the night.

Boychuck was not overjoyed with the performance even though the Hornets won.

“I dont think we did good at all,” Boychuck said. “We could have done way better, but we still won so I’m happy.”

The girls are now 5-0 on the season and their next league match will be Saturday, Jan. 7, against Clio.
