Mr. Loyd Walter, golf coach, was named the league’s coach of the year.

Hoffman led Kearsley with the lowest nine-hole score of the season with a 38. Only Flushing’s Kerrigan Parks, 36, and Fenton’s Molly Gundry, 37, had better nine-hole performances in the league.
