The Weeknd puts on a great show

The Weeknd’s concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills on Nov. 7 pumped up the crowd.

Imagine being a part of a sold out show full of screaming and dancing fans.

This is how it was for The Weeknd at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

The Palace can hold up to 24,276 people, and for the concert every spot was filled on Nov. 7.

At this concert, I didn’t have the greatest seats, but it was the music that mattered.

Although I did not like the two opening acts, rapper Travis Scott and alternative pop singer Banks, The Weeknd’s performance made up for it.

The Weeknd, stage name for Canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer Abel Tesfaye, perfectly showcased his talents in every song he did.

Every extra run that was not really part of the song made the music sound even better than the original.

The music, combined with the lights and stage performance, made the concert fun.

Every song came with a different light show, making the the stage and the crowd, light up. Even at the top of The Palace, the lights could reach the crowd.

There was even one part of the concert when the singer stood on a stage that took the singer up, many feet off the ground, making it easier for the people sitting higher up to see him.

At one point, during the songs “The Hills” and “Can’t Feel My Face,” there was even fire.

The Weeknd had fire shooting out of the stage throughout both songs while he danced around them with ease.

The fire was most exciting to watch during the performance.

My favorite part was the encore.

The Weeknd surprised me by singing my favorite song “Wicked Games.”

This surprised me because it was an older song and he sang it differently than the original, at a slower pace.

If you have not seen The Weeknd perform yet, I recommend him.
