There are many different kinds of costumes for Halloween.

Halloween is fun for everybody, especially when everyone dresses up in trendy costumes and shows them off when trick-or-treating or at parties.

With Halloween two days away, parents are rushing to get their children the most popular costumes out there.

Costumes are almost always influenced by the most popular movies or television shows that kids and teenagers have enjoyed in recent years.

Movies that have superheroes or Disney characters in them are sure to be popular among children and even adults.

Classic movies such as “Harry Potter,” “Lord of the Rings,” and “Frankenstein” can also inspire people to dress up as their favorite characters.

Since the movie “Frozen” came out in 2013, children have been obsessed with Elsa, the queen of Arendelle. Many girls are excited to dress up as their favorite Disney queen. Children will probably also be seen dressing up as Olaf, the snowman, and Ana, princess of Arendelle.

For boys, they will be eager to dress up as Star Wars characters, such as Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, or Han Solo in anticipation for the new movie, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” set to premier in December.

Mr. Brian Clark said, “My children plan to dress up as Harry Potter, Master Yoda, Darth Vader, and Princess Leia.”

Of course, children are going to dress up in traditional costumes, such as ghosts, pumpkins, witches, pirates, and princesses.

Costumes have always varied in design. People pay lots of money for the coolest, latest costumes, but some parents may not be able to afford the best costumes, or just do not want to pay a lot.

An easy costume for those who do not want to pay or who wait until the last minute is a ghost. A sheet can be easily cut to form any person into an original ghost.

Couples will be seen dressing up as pairs of things, such as peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Older teenagers and adults probably do not go trick-or-treating, but they may attend Halloween parties, making them eager to dress up.

Popular costumes for older teens and adults will most likely be similar to those of children: Disney characters, superheroes, villains, book characters, and traditional costumes.

But no matter what people dress up as, they should have fun and enjoy the holiday of candy, costumes, and pumpkin carvings.
