Kearsley 4, Davison 1

The Hornets’ baseball team beat the Davison Cardinals at Grand Blanc May 26 with a final score of 4-1.

Senior Tyler Kirkwood pitched a complete game, only giving up three hits and striking out nine Cardinals.

Senior Jacob Lucius and junior Antonio St.John led the offense, each garnering two hits apiece.

Kearsley 4, Grand Blanc 2

The baseball team beat Grand Blanc on the road 4-2 on May 26.

Senior James Redumski and junior Antonio St.John combined pitching duties in getting the win for Kearsley.

Senior Alex Driskill hit a two-run home run in the last inning, providing the runs for the Kearsley victory.

The Hornets play in their district tournament May 30.

“We have the determination, and we are very eager for districts,” junior Liam Grathoff said. “Let’s get the win, boys.”
