The soccer team won its game against Owosso with a final score of 3-2 at home.

The game started off slowly but after 26 minutes, senior Kügar Nettell was able to score the first goal.

Sophomore Lexi Kelly and junior Anessia Dell contributed a goal apiece for the Hornets.

Dell’s goal broke a 2-2 tie, clinching the game for Kearsley.

The team is set to play its next game against North Branch at home at 6:45 p.m. on April 17.
