Girls Bowling buzzes over Goodrich

The girls bowling team defeated Goodrich 30-0 at Grand Blanc Lanes Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Junior Megan Timm led the Hornets with a 279.
Junior Emilea Sturk and freshman Sara Ritchie also pitched in with games of 224 and 223, respectively.
Timm said the match started rough but ended on a good note.
“We struggled in the first game,” Timm said. “But as the match continued, our attitudes changed for the better.”
The Hornets are 3-0 in Metro League.
The Hornets will play their fourth match of the season against Clio Saturday, Jan. 4, at Colonial Lanes.
