Linden beat the soccer team 8-0 on Monday, April 29, in an away game.
The loss disappointed the team, but the Hornets will continue to practice to improve.
Junior Felicia Cunningham said the team is refining its physical abilities through practices.
“We have been improving our conditioning and building up our endurance at practice to improve our cores and, hopefully, win this season,” Cunningham said.
The girls will be back on the field Wednesday, May 1, at home against Goodrich.
