The K-9 ONE Search and Rescue team visited Mr. Corey Fisher’s classroom on Monday, Feb. 18.
The students were given an opportunity to learn about each scenario that dogs are used for.
Ms. Pat Lamson, K-9 ONE Search and Rescue worker, led the discussion.
The team brought four dogs: a trail dog, two cadaver dogs, and a disaster dog.
Fisher said the presentation was beneficial to his students.
“They (the students) need more opportunities to interact with first responders and rescue organizations,” Fisher said.

Ms. Pat Lamson and the K-9 ONE Search Rescue team gave a presentation to Mr. Corey Fisher’s class on Monday, Feb. 18.
