Golf soars over the Blackhawks

The golf team chipped past the Brandon Blackhawks on Tuesday, April 24, with a close score of 187-189.
The teams played at the Flint Elks Country Club.
Senior Jack Vollmar led the Hornets with a 44, with junior Tyler Gronauer following closely at 45.
Junior Stephen White shot a 48 and junior Logan Loyer tallied a 50.
After Kearsley’s first meet, the team moves to 1-0 in the Flint Metro League.
The Hornets will compete against Holly on Wednesday, April 25. The Bronchos are also 1-0 in the league.
