You should do what makes you the most comfortable

Everyone has different preferences, some prefer to be around many other people, while some simply prefer to be by themselves.

No matter what you prefer, remember not to let society and what it views as normal dictate how you behave.

If you are not comfortable being in big groups of people, surround yourself with a small circle.

Oftentimes, society tells us that if we do not have a giant group of friends than we are antisocial, this is not true.

Whether it be that you simply do not feel like talking or that you just generally do not like being around big groups of people, it is OK not to want to be around many people.

At the end of the day, the most important thing everyone needs to remember is that you need to be who you are.

Do not let others pressure you into doing anything you don’t want to do or be anyone you want to be.

Whether it be going to a party or just a simple get together, if you do not feel good enough going, do not go.

Remember that there is nothing wrong with being at home curled up reading a book or binge-watching Netflix.

On the other hand, there is also nothing wrong with being out with friends and going to parties.

As long as you are staying healthy, it does not matter what you are doing.

There are two main different personality types, introvert and extrovert. However, most people are a combination of the two.

Do not let others make you feel guilty for not wanting to go out or not hanging around too many people.

Your life is about what you want and what makes you comfortable.

While it is important to get out of your comfort zone every once in a while, make sure that you are  comfortable coming out of your comfort zone.
