The wrestling team started its season with a double-dual victory at home over Perry 51-24 and Carman-Ainsworth 54-25 on Dec. 10.

At the end of the match senior James Davis, juniors Zach Elizondo, Brian Sams, Aaron Ruhstorfer, Travis Wildfong, sophomore Dylan Tarrance, and freshman Donald Martin all finished 2-0.

Davis won both of his matches but felt he could have performed better.

“I won at yesterday’s match, but I felt I could have done a better job.” Davis said. “I need to learn from my mistakes and practice harder.
