KBH United lost 8-0 to the Griffins, a combined team of Fenton and Linden, on Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Harland Sports Complex.

Toward the end of the first period, the Griffins were able to score one goal — their only goal for the first period.

In the second period, KBH was penalized four times, enabling their opponents to score five goals.

The third period was rough.

Due to two goals made early in the period, the period ended within four minutes because the game ended in a mercy.

The next game will be against the combined team of Flushing, Swartz Creek, and Clio on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Dort Federal Event Center. The puck will drop at 5 p.m.
