It’s that time of year again for Matchmaker.

The fundraiser allows students to fill out a form of their likes and dislikes that will be used to match them with 10 other students who have similar interests.

The results will give a student 10 names of people from the opposite sex who are compatible. In addition, the results will include 10 people who have similar interests of the same sex.

Mr. Mike Whalen, economics teacher, has hosted the Matchmaker since last year as a fundraiser.

“It gives the opportunity to have some fun and see who they are matched up with,” Whalen said. “The money raised will be going toward AP Microeconomics to go on a field trip and learn about local economy.”

Matchmaker forms were handed out to students in their English classes at the end of the week of Jan. 10.

The Matchmaker results will be available the week of Valentine’s Day in February.

They will cost $2 and can be picked up from Whalen in Room 415.
