KBH United fell to the Capital Area Patriots 8-0 on Saturday, Dec. 19.

The Patriots are a combined team with players from Lansing Catholic Central, Mason, Charlotte, and Lansing Christian high schools.

The game, at the Summit Sports Complex, began with the Patriots scoring four goals each in both the first and second periods.

This made the game end because of the 8-point differential rule.

The beaten and battered KBH United team was short on players, and it showed as it could only manage two shots on goal.

The team is back to practice after the holidays and will be ready to play DeWitt/St. Johns on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 8:30 p.m.
