The quiz bowl  team ended its season with a win on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Davison High School.

The team only played one match against Swartz Creek.

The Hornets defeated the Dragons in a close match 200-190.

Sophomore Tristen McKeown said the team played well this year in the Genesee Academic League.

“I feel like we did good in the league,” McKeown said. “I could practice more frequently, but we had a good team this year and we did pretty good.”

The team placed fifth overall in the league.
