KBH United faced off against the Metro League Griffins on Saturday, Dec. 12, losing 6-0.

The Griffins are a combined team from Fenton and Linden.

At the end of the first period, the score was 2-0.

The team suffered due to a lack of players and an injury of Matt Wilson, a senior defenseman from Brandon.

The second period ended 6-0.

The last period involved a strong defense as KBH prevented the Griffins from scoring another goal.

Overall, Brandon senior Brent Luxon, goalie, made 46 saves during the game.

Luxon performed “much better than the last three games,” according to Coach Shawn Larson.

The team hopes to rebound at Lansing Catholic High School on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 8 p.m.
