Don’t panic. It’s just snow.

Get ready, folks. It’s going to be a rough one.

Michigan, which is covered in beautiful lakes and forests, waits anxiously to see how much snow will be dumped across the state this year.

The real mystery is if we go into hibernation, will we stay warmer than last year?

Now that our beautiful few weeks of summer have come to a close, we are again blessed with the tiny flakes that fall from the sky and crush our dreams.

That’s right; it’s finally time for snow again.

Everyone be sure to grab your coats, scarves, and gloves as we prepare to face another harsh winter that has certainly come without welcome.

Winter isn’t all bad, the cold and snow is just a negative side effect we all deal with from December until March.

Yes, winter is only from December to March. Can you believe it?

Winter is simply a large look-a-like contest. As in, who can get their nose as red as Rudolph?  (I think I’ve already won.)

The season is just beginning; if you hurry you can still buy the best space heaters in stock. Everyone will be jealous when they’re 10 degrees past freezing. Who knows, maybe that heater will soon become your closest friend, especially with everyone asking to build a snowman.

Luckily for us in southeastern Michigan, we’ve only seen a light cover of snow, whereas in the Upper Peninsula and on the west side of the Lower Peninsula, they’ve received over a foot.

Why does everyone panic? We know it’s coming for us. Panicking won’t make it go away.

So, stay safe and get ready. It’s usually best just to stay inside.
