Lapeer knocks off golf team

Senior Brianna Finley had the top performance for the golf team against Lapeer.

The golf team lost to Lapeer in a non-league match 190-178 on Friday, Sept.11.

Senior Brianna Finley led the way for Kearsley with a 45.

Senior Carryn White followed, shooting a 46.

Junior Baylee Thompson led Lapeer with a 43.

The Hornets next match is Tuesday, Sept. 15, against Swartz Creek.
