The senior class takes on another win for powderpuff. The girls  played tough and hard and they pulled out the big win! The first day of games, the juniors were up first. They played the freshman and the juniors won ending with the score of 24-6. The same day the seniors took on the sophomores and they demolished them taking the win with the score of 32-6. 

The class of 2025 won last year, taking on the class of 2024. They had a great game taking on the seniors with an amazing win 8-0.  The junior class had not won against the seniors since 2018. But the class of 2025 brought that back and took on that title. The class of 2025 had a title to hold. They came with a game face on ready to fight the sophomores. They took on that win ready to fight the juniors at the championship game during the assembly. 

The whole school was outside ready for the game to start. The crowd was screaming ready to cheer on the teams. The cheerleaders were warming up ready to stunt and cheer on the junior and senior classes. The senior class started off strong with a touch down just a couple minutes into the game. “If felt pretty good, it was early so it started off the game good,” stated Liliana Garza. The Defense players for the seniors held the juniors back. The seniors got the ball back and got another touchdown. Making the score 14-0. Just in the first half the seniors scored 2 touchdowns. After halftime the juniors didn’t score.  The seniors kicked a field goal. Making the score 19-0. 

The seniors came back for more and kept the title standing tall with them. We will see what’s to come next year.
