Boys varsity tennis falls to Holly

Thursday, September 9, the Hornets faced off against the Bronchos. The Hornets fell to the Bronchos, in a 6-2 league match.

At singles three, senior Cayden Lewis dominated his match, winning with a score of 6-0, 6-0.

For doubles, senior Caden Palmer and junior Caden Boychuck won their match.

At doubles two, Palmer and Boychuck beat their opponents with a score of 6-1, 6-4.

History was made in this week’s match. For the first time in 13 years multiple Kearsley teams beat Holly.

“We feel amazing and accomplished,” Palmer said. “It was the first flight victory against Holly in 13 years, so our win today felt great.”
