The softball team traveled to Goodrich to face off with the Martians in a double header Monday, April 12.

The Hornets lost the first game 19-4 and the second 14-1.

Seniors Annalesa Depottey, Emma Cronkright, Maria Minon, and junior Adriana Callahan scored the runs in the first game. Callahan kept the Hornets in the second game with her run.

“We needed to limit errors that should be routine plays,” Callahan said. “We need to improve our batting so our on base percentage goes up.”

The softball team took a pause due to COVID-19 quarantines and plan on returning to the field against Clio on their home field Monday, April 26.
