Colton Joseph, Reporter

Thirteen years.

That’s how long I have been a Kearsley Hornet.

The fact that I am down to my last few days is bittersweet.

I made many friends during my time at KHS — it feels like everyone here is family, and it’s sad to go.

It feels like just yesterday I was starting middle school, with the impending doom of not being able to get my locker open.

Now I am near to beginning my new journey taking on the “real world.”

I hope everything goes as planned, and I wish the best of luck to all of my fellow classmates.

I couldn’t have picked a better group of people to graduate with. Thank you all.

And to Kearsley as a district, thank you for everything you have given me as a person.

I will forever be a Hornet.
