Alanna Montgomery, Reporter
My journey in high school has been challenging. I’ve learned a lot of things that I wish I could forget, and I’ve been around a lot of people I wish I never met.
Kearsley High School has not always been a place I wanted to go to. But my senior year has really opened my eyes more.
I’ve realized how much more I need to learn before I enter the real world. I’ve had to learn to love myself and become comfortable with being myself unapologetically.
The teachers here have helped me realized my potential and my intelligence. I know now that I can become anything I want if I put my mind to it.
The future is unpredictable and is always changing. I’m scared, but I am ready.
No matter where I end up, I know I’ll be great.
