Girls basketball clips the Blackhawks’ wings

The girls basketball team beat Brandon 63-21 Tuesday, Jan. 16.
The girls basketball team won its fourth league game of the year after beating Brandon on the road.
Kearsley won 63-21 on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
From the beginning, the game belonged to the Hornets as they outscored the Blackhawks 20-3 in the first quarter.
The Eclipse was given no information on who the top scorers were.
The team is now 5-2 in the league, 6-4 overall.
The Hornets are in fourth place in the Metro League. Flushing (7-0), Fenton (5-2), and Holly (5-2) are ahead of them.
The next game is Wednesday, Jan. 17, at home against Owosso. Tipoff is at 6 p.m.
