Hunter Cooper is quiet but outgoing when you get to know him
He is one of those guys that not many people know, but once you get to know him, he is one of the most interesting and kind people you know — a diamond in the rough so to say.
Who is this guy?
Hunter Cooper.
Cooper, a junior, has attended Kearsley schools since kindergarten.
Cooper plans to join the United States Marine Corps when he graduates from high school, which many people consider a selfless things to do.
He wants to be part of the infantry.
He got the idea about this from Mr. Tyler Goodall, 2016 alumnus, who is one of his older brothers’ good friends.
Goodall joined the infantry of the United States Army. Cooper decided, while watching Goodall go on this journey in the Army, that he wanted to join the Marines.
One of the most interesting things about Cooper is his personality.
He comes off as a quiet, reserved person. But once someone talks to him, it’s obvious that he is goofy and outgoing when he is comfortable. His happiness radiates to everyone around him, making life enjoyable for people around him.
Junior Javier Pyles is one of Cooper’s closest friends.
Pyles said his favorite thing about Cooper is his personality because he is “really funny and straight forward.”
Cooper has an interesting outlook on life. He makes it a goal of his to not worry about cliques and drama. He keeps his head down and focuses on what matters — school and family.
As to whom has impacted his life the most, Cooper said it is his mother, Jennifer.
Cooper said his mom taught him everything he needed to know to be able to live life to the fullest and has impacted the way he acts around people.
He talked about how much he values her strength as a mother.
Cooper’s favorite quote is by Ingrid Bergman: “Be yourself. The world worships the original.”
