The choir classes have been prepping for their Meet the Choirs concert taking place Tuesday, Oct. 27.

The concert will be held in the auditorium at 7 p.m. and will introduce all the choirs: Men’s Chorus, Woman’s Chorus, A Cappella, and the after-school choir Melody Makers.

Mrs. Renee Kotzian, choir director, is nervous for the concert because she has been away from work for two months due to her recent hip surgery. A substitute has been teaching the choirs while she was away.

“I’ve only been back for two weeks, but the kids are really working hard,” Kotzian said.

Kotzian encourages everyone to come to the concert.

“It’s a chance to see where we (the choirs) are right now and how we will improve by the Christmas concert,” she said.
