Nothing says, “Yay, fall,” quite like a yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Some of the best places to get a taste of fall include Starbucks, Panera Bread, Café Rhema, and The Flint Crepe Company.
Starbucks
Even though Sept. 23 marked the first day of fall, many people marked it on their calendars as the first day pumpkin spice lattes hit the menu again.

Starbucks serves some of the best fall drinks.
Starbucks has sold more than 200 million pumpkin spice lattes over the last decade, generating revenue at a rate of at least $80 million a year in its most recent seasons.
Sophomores Katelyn Simon and Brianna Joseph enjoy the fall drinks from Starbucks.
“Starbucks puts a lot of pumpkin flavor in their drink, unlike other places,” Simon said.
Joseph said she spends a great deal of her money at Starbucks because they have the best drinks.
Starbucks made an announcement that this year it will be using real pumpkin in the famous drink. The company has raised controversy in years past from not using real pumpkin in the drink.
The other ingredients include espresso, milk, pumpkin spice flavored sauce, Starbucks vanilla syrup, whipped cream, and pumpkin spice topping.
Panera Bread
Panera Bread has said it will do the same by using real pumpkin.
Panera’s menu offers a variety of pumpkin-infused treats.
The ancient grain, arugula and chicken salad is topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and is a healthy alternative to other fast food chains.
A rich blend of butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in vegetable broth makes for a cozy snack, so the autumn squash soup is not only healthy but comforting on chilly days.
Senior Izabel Swayne likes going to Panera.
“I definitely recommend the asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese,” Swayne said.
The Flint Crepe Company
When looking for a perfect place to show off a new fall outfit, The Flint Crepe Company is a big hit.
It offers a plethora of sweet and savory treats, at a reasonable price.
The restaurant offers weekly specialty crepe flavors such as pumpkin cheesecake, peanut butter honey, and maple syrup and butter.
The Flint Crepe Company also offers a discount to students with proof of student identification.

Café Rhema specializes in latte art.
Café Rhema
Jacob Moore, senior, is a barista at Café Rhema.
Moore has been serving tasty drinks since August.
Café Rhema offers several fall-infused drinks and treats for Halloween, including pumpkin muffins.
“It is a challenge to master latte art, but I enjoy the challenge,” Moore said. “I enjoy meeting new customers and getting to know the regular customers, too.”
Unlike most places, Café Rhema’s employees volunteer to give up their Saturday tips (up to $150), to start a pay-it forward fund to the homeless.
Whether you are looking for a comfy place to study or a delicious autumn snack, Starbucks, Panera Bread, the Flint Crepe Company, and Café Rhema are bound to satisfy your craving.
