Fenton shuts out soccer team
The soccer team lost to Fenton 5-0 on Monday, Sept. 28.
The Hornets played well defensively in the game. Shortly after the 13th minute, the Tigers went on an offensive tear, scoring four goals in the first half.
Only one goal came in the second half, as the Hornets locked down once more on defense.
Goalkeepers junior Tony Doolan and senior Jacob Moore combined for 21 saves in the game.
The 3-4 Hornets play their next game on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Swartz Creek.
