Although I often talk about how ready and happy I am to leave, now that the time has come I realize I am not.

Yes, I am excited to finally move on and start working toward my future, but I am not ready to leave the things that I hold dear to my heart, such as the teachers that I have built bonds with and the classmates I have grown up with.

I will never forget the memories and laughs we have shared. Seeing one another five days a week to barely ever at all is going to be a tough transformation.

To every underclassman: Take advantage of the time you spend here, involve yourself in as much as possible, and have fun. You will regret not doing so once your time here is up.
