Baseball swept by Creek, Fenton
The baseball team dropped two double headers against Swartz Creek on Friday, May 10, and Fenton on Monday, May 7.
Swartz Creek
Kearsley lost the first game 1-0 against Creek.
The Hornets were led by junior Dustin Bennett, who threw a five-hit complete game, giving up no earned runs.
The second game was also dropped 3-2, Creek having the advantage.
Sophomore Ethan Livingston had two hits for the Hornets.
Fenton
The Hornets also lost both games against the Tigers.
Kearsley was beat in the first game 10-1.
Livingston had one hit, scoring the only run for the team.
The Hornets fell to Fenton 13-2 in the second game.
Bennett led the team with one hit. He also knocked in one run.
The Hornets will play on Thursday, May 17, against Holly. The first pitch is at 4 p.m.
