The boys and girls cross country teams competed at their second Metro League Jamboree on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

The boys placed ninth out of nine teams, with 217 points, while Fenton took the victory with 30 points.

The Hornets top runner, senior Donald Martin, placed 30th with a time of 18:13.

Next was sophomore Raydoffa Braziel, who placed 41st with 19:08.

The girls team did not have five runners finish, so the Hornets were not able to score.

The top runner was  senior Brooklyn Dever, who placed 51st with a time of 25:03.
