Hockey loses to Fenton/Linden
The hockey team lost to Fenton/Linden 9-1 on Saturday, Feb. 11.
United’s Aidan Flick, junior, netted the team’s only goal in the second period.
Lake Fenton junior Drew Hobson and Brandon freshman Noah Bolton assisted on Flick’s goal.
United was out of the game in the first period, going down 4-0 after 20 minutes.
The team is 3-11-1 while Flick stays atop United’s scorers with 29 points (21 goals, eight assists).
The team’s next game is on Wednesday, Feb. 15, against Flushing.
