The softball team won both of its games at home Saturday, May 13.

Kearsley 8, LakeVille 1

The Hornets were out playing at 8 a.m. when they hosted LakeVille.

Sophomore Halle Parish batted in two runs. She ended up with a single and a triple at the plate to go with a pair of runs scored.

Senior Brittney Dick hit the only home run of the game, driving in three runs.

Kearsley 7, Davison 5

After the dominant win over the Falcons, the Hornets were ready to take on the Cardinalls at 11 a.m.

Junior Kaitlin Foco and Ouellette led the team’s offense with 2 RBI apiece, Foco’s coming courtesy of a home run.

Sophomore Halle Parish had two hits, with two runs scored, and one RBI.

Junior Katie Lewis earned the win for the Hornets, giving up seven hits in six innings.

The team travels to Flushing on Monday, May 15, seeking its seventh consecutive win.
